Shipping and Delivery Policy

2. Shipping Coverage

Infected currently provides delivery services within:

Oman: Delivery available to all governorates and regions across the Sultanate of Oman.
GCC & International Locations: Shipping is available to selected countries based on product availability and shipping partner coverage.

Delivery availability and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the customer's location and order details.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order approval for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your order tracking details (if available).

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Oman Deliveries

Muscat: 1–2 business days
Other Oman Governorates: 2–5 business days

GCC Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping provider.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, courier delays, or incorrect delivery information.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Infected may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.

6. Order Tracking

When available, customers will receive tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp after the order has been shipped.

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor their shipment status.

7. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Full name
Active phone number
Complete delivery address
Preferred delivery location details

Infected is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to:

Customer being unavailable
Incorrect address information
Customer refusing to receive the order
Failure to respond to courier communication

Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply. Orders returned to Infected due to failed delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees before being resent.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers choosing Cash on Delivery:

Payment must be completed at the time of delivery.
Customers must ensure they are available to receive and pay for the order.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items:

Please contact Infected customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

11. Customs and International Duties

For international shipments:

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Infected is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
